Princess Castle
I finally created a castle, or more like a cave, for Matzah to have her puppies in. The reason for it being all pink is that the blankets were on extreme sale at Target. However, I think she prefers pink...maybe. Buddha likes it too. He tried taking over, but got booted out by all the hormones Matzah is emitting!!

Brooklyn Flea

We are a big fans of antiques, and have heard amazing things about the Brooklyn Flea. So today we made our trip to it....and it was incredible. So many cool things. Not just antiques, but also homemade kind of things too. For example one person made chair and foot rests out of old luggage.
And we were successful, we found a beautiful chair for Justin's office. Which we then had to take on the subway! Ohh the adventure...for some reason there is an investigation on the subway line we take home, so it is delayed. So we go on another train and then we would walk a bit more. The train we got on was an express train, it was supposed to stop at Franklin St. but it stopped at another street and I got confused and got off, but Justin and the chair didn't!! So I had to wait for the next train and hopefully see Justin...which I did. We then got on another train, got off on Franklin St. and walked about 8 blocks to our apartment. All for a chair...totally worth it!

Mile End Delicatessen
Today we decided to go to Trader Joe's and say hi to some people Justin knows in the area. During our outing we of course got hungry. We searched on yelp for places to go eat, I was crazing a burger (like always) and Justin wanted pho. So we tried a few American food places first and they were closed, then we tried Vietnamese and we failed. So we went in to the Steven Alan clothing shop and asked the girl there and she recommended Mile End Delicatessen.
I think there should be a spot light on this place, it was amazing. Very small, but delicious. So goo that we had to take a picture of our food (which we never do!). Here it is:

The dish consisted of fries with gravy, cheese curds and pastrami. Ohhhh it was heaven!!

Starting this blog...
I have decided to start this blog in order to be able to keep my family and friends better updated with my new move to Brooklyn, NY. I plan on posting no more than once a day (possible less) with a highlight of that day or something that stood out to me. I plan on keeping this blog for at least 6 months.

This is our new building. We live on the fourth floor, and no there is no elevator! We also have roof access, which we have not gone to see because of the snow. More pictures to come!!
